[EMS Announce] Announcing the new EMS Board of Directors!

Today at the EMS annual membership meeting we elected a new Board of 
Directors. These tireless volunteers who have pledged long hours to 
forge EMS into the best it can be, are:

Rick Osgood, Clif Cox, Kassandra Kaplan, Bob Miller, and Kevin King.

We had 82% voter participation! This is wonderfull, and we thank you for 
your support.
