[Discuss] Near-space balloon: We need a name for it

It's rather more lyrical than say, "Stratosphere" (though that one isn't bad, just a tad obvious), "Sub-orb Orb" (say it in the voice of  Swedish Chef), or "Spaceball XL-5" (in Supermarionation!)
