[EMS Discuss] Where to get wire?

Does anyone know of a good local source for specialty wire?
Or even a good Internet source?  The wires I want today are
available at Digi-Key, but at over $100/spool.  I will be checking
Radio Shack and Home Depot this afternoon, but I don't have
high expectations.

Looking for 4 conductor stranded 20AWG, preferably flat.
Looking for 2 conductor stranded 24-26AWG.
I don't think those are exotic.
