[EMS Discuss] Red Bull Creation Ideas

A random bike-bourne idea -- something like a spotlight tower, where
someone with a laser pointer shines it at the sensor, and then the
spotlight swings around to point them out.  So anyone can be given a
spotlight for imprompru performance.

Or something.
