[EMS Discuss] Punkin Chunkin' Rules

Rule 5 is like if the pumpkin is somehow lost.  Like we lose sight of it
for any reason and can't figure out where it landed.  I think if a pumpkin
explodes at launch time we can also give the team one more chance if they
have a spare.

I'm not sure how I feel about having multiple launchers...  On the one hand
having more launchers means more interesting things and ideas to display,
i.e. more fun.  On the other hand I fear people might feel like it gives
the team some kind of unfair advantage like they have more chances to win.
 I think since this is a contest each time should just choose whatever
design they think will be the winner.  If you want to bring an extra
launcher to have fun and launch some pumpkins that would be perfectly
acceptable outside of the competition itself.
