[EMS Discuss] Target range - Elephant in the room?

I was the only other person besides Cord working on it -- and I'll
have no time to work on it for quite a while, what with stuff. I kind
of like the idea of off-siting it for a while, but if no one else
wants to work on it going forward it might be best to tear it down.
