Do you mean you can power an LED from radio waves like from a radio
station?  I wouldn't think that would even be enough to power an LED but
I'm not really that knowledgeable on the subject to be honest.

You can charge cell phones and toothbrushes (and power LEDs) using
inductive charging, but that's a bit different and it requires pretty close
proximity to the charger in order to be efficient.  If you are talking
about wearing a watch around all day and having it powered from the stray
radio waves then I'm not sure.
