[EMS Discuss] Sponsor the Vacuum Former! (not asking for money)

Actually I think email should be fine.  We don't need people to vote "yay
or nay".  I just need to know that X number of members said they approve to
sponsor it.  I think that should be easy enough to do if people just reply
to this thread.
